BASE PRICING FOR COMMERCIAL LOAN DRAW SERVICES

• $500.00 Each additional Draw

Draw files will be maintained on a cloud-based service of the client’s choice. i.e. Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, etc..

With QuickBooks Desktop** accounting maintained for Trial Balance, Balance Sheets, Cost Segmentation, and transfer of financials to Management service:

• $1,500.00 closing draw

• $500.00 each additional draw

• $2,500.00 closing draw

• $850.00 each additional draw

*All draw contracts will be priced based on depth of projects needs and duration. Prices listed above are projected and average services costs.

Tracey Videen will be the primary contact for Commercial Draw Services.

Draw packages includes MHFA standard Draw Requisition form, Payee List, Supporting documentation, and any additional documentation required by lender, grantors, or other interested parties.

**If another accounting software is preferred, client will be responsible for any and all costs of software license and fees.
Additional fees may occur based on alternate software choice.
